The Cuckoo Clock model Recklinghausen is an original Black Forest Cuckoo Clock of the world famous premium brand August Schwer with VDS Certificate, Made in Germany.

This cuckoo clock is basically a black forest chalet clock, but with a large carved front piece. So this is a kind of mix between a chale and a strong emphasis on high quality carving. The front of the clock is framed by large fir trees, typical for mountainous regions like the Black Forest in Germany. The clock front reproduces the forest imagery and shows an impressive bear among further trees. Among the stones, hidden, a hare. All figurines and decorative elements are made of wood and hand-painted. Another eye-catcher is the thatched roof. It is fashioned after the real Black Forest farm house roofs, unevenly thatched by hand.
